I currently lead a team of product designers at Ceridian, designing solutions for workforce management and HR software. For the last 15 years I’ve been guiding teams towards digital solutions and experiences that sit between the needs of the user, the goals of the company and the available technology. After working at large enterprise companies and scrappy start ups, I’ve found that it all starts with communication. Asking the right people the right questions is key to getting the information that will push the project forward. I believe in using design thinking workshops and techniques to gain key insights from users, product stakeholders, and subject matter experts so that we can all work collaboratively on the solution.
